The process operator work at our factories in Alby (Ånge municipality) is versatile with good development opportunities in a facility that is among the largest bleach chemical producers in Europe. We employ about 100 people, and at our workplace, you will experience good collaboration, proximity to the entire operation, and diverse work. Alby, in Ånge Municipality, is located in a beautiful landscape and offers you rich nature and proximity to both Sundsvall and Östersund.

About the Job

As a Process Operator, you will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for ensuring that our products are manufactured safely, with the right quality and on time. Your tasks are very varied and consist largely of monitoring and optimizing production to achieve high safety at the lowest possible cost.

In your future role as a Process Operator, you will:

Perform process analyses
Check the physical status of the facility and perform operator maintenance.
Read and follow operating regulations, routines, and instructions and carry them out practically.
Proactively notice deviations and perform preventive maintenance.
Actively participate in and develop processes and process equipment.
LEAN, 5s, and safety are important parts of the work and have high priority.

With us, it is also a given that everyone actively participates in ongoing safety work, such as documenting deviations, safety rounds, and risk analyses.

We believe you have:

High school education from a 3-year Technical or Natural Science program or equivalent experience.
Good PC skills
Driver's license B
Good knowledge of expressing yourself both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

It’s a plus if you have:

Previous experience as a process operator is an advantage.
